Our purpose is to assist in the placement and training of apprentices. It is to organize Chefs and Cooks into a society for mutual assistance and education. It is also to encourage the advancement of the culinary profession. Come on out and see what our chapter is up to. If you are serious about your culinary career and would like to network, this is the chapter for you. We are including educational and certification information at most of our meetings.
