The Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival is coming up quickly. The festival will be held June 1-3 at 37701 Warren Rd Winchester, CA 92592 at the Lake Skinner County Park (see map).
On Friday, June 1, between the hours of 6 and 8 in the evening, Our chapter will be demonstrating and appetizer, a soup, a salad, an entrée, and a dessert. Several culinary schools representing our chapter will be involved: Art Institute of California–San Bernardino (AI), Riverside City College, San Bernardino Valley College, and the University of California–Riverside (UCR).
The Fox television show, Hell’s Kitchen, will be doing casting at the Riverside City College Culinary Academy Wednesday, May 16 from 1 pm to 5 pm Please R.S.V.P. with Chef David Avalos at (david.avalos@rcc.edu).

Our purpose is to assist in the placement and training of apprentices. It is to organize Chefs and Cooks into a society for mutual assistance and education. It is also to encourage the advancement of the culinary profession. Come on out and see what our chapter is up to. If you are serious about your culinary career and would like to network, this is the chapter for you. We are including educational and certification information at most of our meetings.
