WHY BECOME A MEMBER?

Membership will offer you access to a strong network of professional culinarians, future professionals, vendors/suppliers and among the most important the ability to further your education and factual knowledge.

Fees		 Membership Type Requirements
$220.00 Allied Member - For those in professions related to the
culinary profession, such as nutritionist, dietitian, bartender, waiter,
restaurant manager and owner.
$290.00 Associate Member - Any group, corporation or company that
provides products or services to the culinary profession.
$100.00 Culinarian - New professional, someone with a minimum
of 6 months full-time employment who is pursuing on-the-job training and
building a résuméto
take onmore responsibility.
$125.00 Enthusiast - Someone who has a passion for the
culinary arts. Home cooks to gourmets are welcome at this level.
$70.00 Junior Culinarian - High school student between the ages of
16 and 18.
$220.00 Professional - Professional/chef with three years or
more of full-time employment in the culinary profession.
$95.00 Student Culinarian - Registered apprentice or a student in a
postsecondary culinary education program with less than two years of
full-time employment.

Before you turn back and decide not to become a member because of the
membership fees/dues it is important to remember your dues support member programs and services that build, promote, and strengthen the culinary industry year round. Being a member
ensure that these services are there when you need them.

The mission of the American Culinary Federation is to make a positive difference for culinarians internationally through education, apprenticeship and certification, while creating a fraternal bond of respect and integrity among culinarians everywhere.
